Finished!

Hurray! My BSJ is off the pins!

I made loads of mistakes but it's been a wonderful learning experience.

I actually prefer it wrong sides out but I'm afraid my weaving in of ends ain't good enough to let that happen. Next time.

I'm looking for a charity knitting project to send it to. Anyone any suggestions? Thanks.

  • You could send it to Dulaan (http://www.nwkniterati.com/movabletype/archives/MossyCottage/DulaanFlyer2007_color.pdf) (link is a pdf). It's a great sweater, you did a very nice job.

  • i am afraid i know nothing about charities. living in denmark it is not so much a subject expect for paying money to different charities. But i like the sweater very much. well done.

  • Dulaan would have been my suggestion, too, they send clothes to children in Mongolia.

  • Another idea is Afghans for Afghans if it's 100% wool. (They accept only wool garments.) Nice job! I'm itching to try this pattern, but I've got too many things on the needles already.

  • I love the sweater. I have made the baby surprise jacket and want to try the adult. The math scares me....did you have trouble making it the correct size?

  • Mine is just the baby version Suzie
